It's not as hard as it sounds, in fact keeping your food nude can be quick, cost effective and a great way to get your kids in the kitchen!
Morning Treats (Recess)
- Fruit with nut butter (almond butter)
- Oat clusters (doc 22 KB)
- Cheese and crackers with grapes
- Bliss Balls (docx 12 KB)
- Banana Bites - mountain bread with almond spread and banana rolled up and cut into pieces.
- Apple sandwich - Apple cored and sliced in half, filled with nut butter and sultanas
Midday Fillers (Lunch)
- Tuna and Salad
- Leftovers (kept in a thermos)
- Cream cheese and Strawberry sandwich
- Pizza Rolls - Mountain bread, tomato paste, spinach, cheese and ham
- Snail Spirals - Mountain bread, hummus, shredded carrot, peas, spinach and any other vegetable your child enjoys, roll up and cut into pieces to make snail spirals
- Homemade lunch-ables - Ham cut into small pieces, cheese whole wheat biscuits or bread, add some extra vegetables on the side and get the kids involved by using cookie cutters to cut cheese into fun shapes
- Sushi Sandwich
